If it turns out that the unit you reserved is not suitable for your storage needs, don’t worry. We will do our best to find you a different unit that better fits your requirements. You can make a reservation over the phone or in person at our store.
Ensure your belongings are packed safely, ready to go into storage. To assist with this process, we offer packing boxes, bubble wrap, and tape for purchase in our store. These materials can help protect your items and ensure they are properly secured for transport.
Once you’re ready to move into your storage unit, there are a few security documents that we will need to provide, including:
One of our friendly staff members will then show you around our site and to your allocated unit. If you have any issues or concerns with providing these documents, please give us a call and we will assist you.
You can stay as long as you want (provided you pay of course!). We just need 14 days notice if you want to leave. Our flexible rental options mean you can find the storage solution that meets your needs and budget.
