Rachael, Zoe and the team at Segment Storage were absolutely fantastic. My parents retired and had to store their belongings whilst their forever home was being renovated. Segment Storage was the perfect place. Accommodating, friendly and a personal service surrounded by a modern, clean, and accessible facility. Couldn’t ask for more, would highly recommend. 10/10!

Highly recommended; This is the best (and only) inside storage facilities in Melksham, run by a local family supporting our local community. Facilities are new, clean, great location, modern tech, easy access via a key-fob (rather than having to keep pinning a code in all the time like some of the older big storage companies still have!)

They know their customers by name (you’re not just a locker number!) and Rachael and Edward have been personally very supportive to me with the service they provide as I navigate a very difficult time in my life. Thank you both.
