How do I choose the right storage unit size?

Choosing the right storage space can be simple with a bit of planning. Start by making a list of items you plan to store. This should include furniture, boxes, and anything else you want to keep.

For home storage needs, you may benefit from a unit which can typically hold a few boxes and small furniture items, ideal for seasonal decorations or documents. If you’re a business owner looking to store inventory or equipment, you should consider a larger unit to accommodate your needs.

If you’re still not sure, you can also ask staff at our storage facility for recommendations. They have plenty of experience and can suggest sizes based on your list. Seeing the space up close can give you a good idea of how much room you’ll need.

What if I underestimate my storage needs?

It’s easy to misjudge the amount of space you’ll require, especially if you’re storing items that you haven’t seen in a while. However, there’s no need to worry!

Storage facilities like ours allow you to switch units easily. If you find that your current unit isn’t meeting your needs, you can often upgrade to a larger size without hassle. Just make sure to let our staff know about your needs and they’ll be happy to help.
